On the occasion of Paris Gallery Weekend, join us at Thaddaeus Ropac Paris Pantin on Saturday 24 May at 4pm for a screening of the documentary film Georg Baselitz, directed by Evelyn Schels. Georg Baselitz shows the artist at work on paintings and sculptures in his studio, ceaselessly reinventing his methods. The documentary is a perceptive, extremely intimate and nuanced portrait of the master, whose life and work are so intimately related to 20th-century history.
