The gallery

An art historian with a degree from the École du Louvre and the Sorbonne, Hélianthe Bourdeaux-Maurin opened H Gallery in Paris in 2016 and bases her artistic line on the discovery of talents who have never, or rarely, been shown in France. The artists use a variety of mediums but figuration, through painting and drawing, is the main orientation of the gallery. The careers of established artists rub shoulders with those of emerging artists and the past six years have been marked by success with awards: Guggenheim Fellowship, Pollock Krasner Foundation Grant, Pierre-David Weill; institutional acquisitions: FRAC Occitanie Toulouse, FRAC PACA, Société Générale, Musée de la Chasse et de la Nature, CNAP, BNF and great collaborations: Hermès, Colas Foundation. The gallery is also resolutely committed to the promotion of women artists who represent more than 50% of the gallery's artists.
