The gallery
An art historian with a degree from the École du Louvre and the Sorbonne, Hélianthe Bourdeaux-Maurin opened H Gallery in Paris in 2016 and bases her artistic vision on the discovery of talents who have never, or rarely, been shown in France. The represented artists use a variety of mediums, however it is figurative art, through the mediums of painting and drawing, which constitutes the is the main focus of the gallery. The gallery unites established and emerging artists, whose careers have been marked by many achievements over the the past six years notably: Guggenheim Fellowship, Pollock Krasner Foundation Grant, Pierre-David Weill; institutional acquisitions: FRAC Occitanie Toulouse, FRAC PACA, Société Générale, Musée de la Chasse et de la Nature, CNAP, BNF and wonderful collaborations: Hermès, Colas Foundation. The gallery is also committed to the promotion of women artists who represent more than 50% of the gallery's roster.
