For this 9th edition of the Paris Gallery Weekend, we will present an eclectic set of works made after the war. Different movements will be represented by major artists who belonged to Lyrical Abstraction, Kinetic art, New Realism, Conceptual art, "Support/Surface"... We will exhibit abstract compositions by Hans Hartung, Gérard Schneider, Jean-Paul Riopelle, Georges Mathieu... As well as sculptures by César, Philippe Hiquilly and Bernard Venet.

The gallery
Founded in 2005 in the heart of the Marais, the Alexis Lartigue gallery has devoted itself for fifteen years to the avant-garde artists of the 20th century such as: Pierre Soulages, Zao Wou-Ki, Georges Mathieu, Nicolas de Staël, Hans Hartung, Serge Poliakoff, Victor Vasarely or even Sam Francis ... Installed since 2019 at 32, avenue Matignon, it exhibits the undisputed masters of abstraction, whether geometric, lyrical or free. Renowned for its high standards in terms of the quality of the works presented, it regularly takes part in major international fairs such as the Biennale des Antiquaires, the Brafa, Art Paris...
