Zoom on the Latin scene

La Maison de l’Amérique latine is honored to be a partner of the 2025 edition of Paris Gallery Weekend and sponsor of this season’s Latin scene zoom. It maintains friendly and attentive links with the galleries on this itinerary – Mor Charpentier, RX&SLAG, TEMPLON, Ricardo Fernandes, Galleria Continua, Marcelle Alix, Mendes Wood DM, Galerie Jocelyn Wolff and 193 Gallery – through collaborations on exhibitions, the organization of the L’Œil Pense lecture series or the hosting of Mira Art Fair, the first fair dedicated to contemporary Latin American art in Paris. A case in point is the success of the exhibition Paz Errázuriz Histoires inachevées at the Maison de l’Amérique latine in 2023, an artist represented by Galerie Mor Charpentier.

As part of the Brazil-France 2025 Season, the Maison de l’Amérique latine is organizing an exhibition Le Brésil illustré, L’héritage postcolonial de Jean-Baptiste Debret (1768 – 1848). On view from April 30 to October 04.
